How much time does it take?
Most people work in sessions of around an hour, spaced to give time to act between them. Some come for a single focused piece of work, such as interview preparation, others for a longer stretch of progression coaching.
What does it cost?
Investment depends on the scope of the work, so it is agreed on the first call once the outcome is clear. You will always know the cost before anything is booked.
Is this a CV writing service?
No. Your CV and LinkedIn profile are part of positioning, but the work is about direction, value, and performance. The documents follow the strategy rather than lead it.
Can I claim it through my employer?
Often, yes. Many employers fund development coaching. Invoices can be issued to you or to your organisation, whichever is appropriate.
