Services

Manning Careers Ltd provides career coaching for individuals and workshops, presentations, and development programmes for organisations. Scope, dates, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Coaching supports your own decisions and does not guarantee a specific promotion, job offer, pay rise, or business result.

Bookings, fees, and payment

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the scope in writing. Fees, any deposit, and payment terms are set out in that agreement. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

Your cancellation rights

If you are an individual buying coaching for yourself, you have 14 days from the date we confirm your booking to cancel and receive a full refund, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin within that period, we may charge a fair amount for any work already delivered. To cancel, email roger@manningcareers.co.uk.

After the 14 day period, and for organisational bookings, the rescheduling and cancellation terms in your written agreement apply.

Confidentiality

We keep the content of coaching sessions and any commercially sensitive information confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Workshop materials, frameworks, and content on this site remain the property of Manning Careers Ltd. Participants may use materials for their own development but may not resell, publish, or deliver them commercially without our written permission.

Website content and liability

Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or employment advice. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints and governing law

If something falls short, email roger@manningcareers.co.uk and we will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to resolve it within 20. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
